SUMMARY:Mental Health First Aid Training
DESCRIPTION:Join us for Mental Health First Aid Training on September 30th and October 1st\, from 9 AM to 1 PM\, at St. Luke’s Community Hall. Taught by Charlene McCullough\, this course starts with an online portion to be completed before the in-person sessions. The total cost of the course is typically $200\, but thanks to the support of the St. Luke’s community\, participants only pay $45 each. \nWith limited spots available\, registration is required. This course will enhance your ability to recognize common mental health problems\, increase your confidence in providing initial help to others\, and teach you how to improve your own mental health. Upon completion\, you will receive a Mental Health First Aid certification. Don’t miss this valuable opportunity to gain essential skills and knowledge!
